Sauteed Zucchini

Ingredients:

  • 1 or 2 Zucchinis 

  • 1 or 2 tablespoons of Ghee, Butter or Olive Oil

  • Salt to taste

Instructions:

  • Preheat skillet on medium

  • Slice Zucchini into thin rounds

  • Add Zucchini to skillet and let sit for 5 minutes to prevent sticking

  • Stir and flip with spatula

  • Salt

  • Continue to stir and flip every 5 minutes until it’s as brown as you want
