Sauteed Potatoes and Green Onions

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Box RLF Potatoes

  • 8 Green Onions

  • 2 tablespoons Ghee, Butter or Oil

  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Wash and slice potatoes into thin half moons

  • Heat frying pan to medium

  • Add Ghee, Butter or Oil

  • Add Potatoes

  • Add salt and pepper 

  • Stir and Flip Potatoes every 4 minutes or so to prevent burning

  • Meanwhile, cut root tips off bottom of Green Onions

  • Slice onions thinly, starting at the bottom, as high up as you want

  • When Potatoes start to brown, add Green Onions

  • Add salt and pepper to taste

  • Continue stirring and flipping until everything looks done

  • Taste and add more salt if needed
