Sauteed Potatoes and Green Onions
Ingredients
- 1/2 Box RLF Potatoes 
- 8 Green Onions 
- 2 tablespoons Ghee, Butter or Oil 
- Salt and Pepper to taste 
Instructions
- Wash and slice potatoes into thin half moons 
- Heat frying pan to medium 
- Add Ghee, Butter or Oil 
- Add Potatoes 
- Add salt and pepper 
- Stir and Flip Potatoes every 4 minutes or so to prevent burning 
- Meanwhile, cut root tips off bottom of Green Onions 
- Slice onions thinly, starting at the bottom, as high up as you want 
- When Potatoes start to brown, add Green Onions 
- Add salt and pepper to taste 
- Continue stirring and flipping until everything looks done 
- Taste and add more salt if needed
